How much is a mural?
Pricing

Typical murals are priced by sqft and generally range from $15–$20 per sqft.

To calculate your wall’s square footage, multiply the wall length by the wall height.

Final pricing is determined once measurements and surface condition are confirmed.

What do you need in order to give me an accurate quote?
Quotes

The size of your mural and surface texture are crucial to placing your quote in the correct pricing range.

Factors that affect pricing include:

  • intricacy of design
  • lettering
  • surface texture
  • interior or exterior
  • turn around time
  • condition of the surface
Explain your design fee and deposit process
Design & Deposit

The mural payment structure is divided into three parts:

  • 20% Design Fee – required to begin the design process
  • 30% Booking Fee – due after approving the final design to secure your place on the calendar
  • 50% Final Payment – due upon completion of the mural

If you would like multiple fully different design concepts to choose from, each additional concept is an extra 20% of the mural’s total cost.

Example: If your mural total is $1000, the initial design fee is $200. If you request two entirely different concepts, the design fee becomes $400 and the project total becomes $1200.

You will receive a digital render for review. Adjustments such as scaling, color shifts, and object repositioning are free. If changes become a new concept, an additional design fee will apply.

Please allow 1–2 weeks for the design process.

All design fees and deposits are non-refundable.

What’s a change order?
⚠ Change Orders

A change order is an additional charge that occurs when adjustments are requested after the final design has already been approved or when there are changes to the previously agreed-upon painting schedule or installation dates.

Change orders are billed based on the estimated hours needed to redesign or repaint, charged at $100 per hour, plus any additional materials required.

Paint and supply costs are typically included in the original project total and are not itemized individually. However, if extra supplies are required due to a change order, those material costs will be added separately.

Examples of change orders include adding new design elements, altering approved colors, modifying layout or composition after approval, or rescheduling painting days after booking.

All change orders must be confirmed in writing before the additional work is completed.
