Hostess Walls is an independent mural series by Savannah artist Sky Benson, celebrating the grace, beauty, and imagination of the Hostess City. Each monumental wall offers a modern portrait of Savannah’s soul — from its moss-draped oaks, coastal charms, and vivid nightlife, to its layered architecture, ghostly lore, and Lowcountry flavors — bringing to life the enduring spirit of welcome that defines Savannah, GA.
Phase 1 — The Azalea Hostess Mural
The first site for The Hostess Walls has been secured and will be revealed in December 2025, with the inaugural piece, The Azalea Hostess, set for completion that same month.
The Azalea Hostess attempts to inspire the same feeling of awe as when traveling through Victory Drive during a spring evening, surrounded by rows of blooming azaleas seeming to glow from a dappled sunset piercing through a canopy of live oaks.

Mural Sites
Every mural site in The Hostess Walls series is chosen for its strategic location and strong public presence — places where locals, visitors, and daily commuters naturally intersect. These monumental works are designed to be seen, shared, and remembered.
Additional sites will be announced throughout 2026. The project is actively seeking additional walls and patrons as the series expands.
